My senior personal training program is designed to help you age well and maintain a high quality of life as you grow older. I focus on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing balance to prevent falls and maintain independence.

With personalised workouts that include bespoke strength training, flexibility exercises, and cardiovascular activities, I help you stay active and healthy. Additionally, I offer guidance on joint health and postural alignment, reducing discomfort and improving overall movement.
