I help individuals who have completed cancer treatment continue their recovery and improve their overall health.

Through personalised exercise programs tailored to each individual's needs, I focus on enhancing strength, endurance, and mobility while managing the side effects of cancer treatment, such as fatigue, muscle weakness, and joint pain.

My goal is to promote physical and emotional well-being, reduce the risk of recurrence, and help clients regain confidence in their bodies.

Whether recovering from surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation, I support clients in their journey to recovery, empowering them to lead an active, healthy life beyond treatment.

I work one-to-one with my clients, coaching sessions online via Zoom or visiting people in their homes in West London.
