I’m Josh, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist from Northumberland, now based in London.

Having unexpectedly lost family members in tragic accidents, I’ve come to realise how short life is. This has made me very passionate about helping others live fully and feel grateful for every day, whatever that looks like for them.

With over four years of experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to improve strength, fitness, mobility and energy while managing many different health conditions. I’ve been inspired by seeing how much reducing pain, improving strength, and boosting confidence can transform lives.

I believe that with the right approach age is no barrier to progress, and I’m dedicated to using my knowledge of sports science, health, and wellness to help others make the most of every day. I offer personalised training in-person or online, along with health coaching that integrates exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mental health to support your goals.

If you're ready to improve your health, fitness and quality of life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
